We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.

ORDERING & PAYMENT


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched. For international orders, payment processing, currency conversion, and transaction settlement may be facilitated by our third-party global ecommerce partner.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. For international orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local delivery partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.We advise you to place an order early to avoid disappointment as these circumstances are beyond the control of All Things Golden.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Our return policy, including conditions for returns, time frames, and the refund process, is detailed on our Returns Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to our return and refund terms. Please note, a $20 USD processing fee will be deducted from U.S returns when issuing a refund. For international orders, returns and refunds may be processed by our third-party global ecommerce partner on our behalf. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency and method where possible.


E-GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

 

E-gift cards purchased directly from All Things Golden are available through the Australian store and checkout. All e-gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, with the expiry date shown on the digital card or accompanying email. E-gift cards may be redeemed for purchases on the All Things Golden website; if the order value exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date. E-gift cards issued as store credit for returns are also valid for three (3) years and may be redeemed globally on the All Things Golden website, subject to shipping availability. E-gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and should be treated like cash, as All Things Golden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use. Any remaining balance after the expiry date cannot be used or reactivated, except where required by law. All Things Golden reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.

 

CURENCY CONVERSION


By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this to ensure that the selected currency remains consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency. For international orders, currency conversion rates and final transaction amounts may be determined by our third-party global ecommerce partner and/or payment providers.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


For customers placing orders outside of Australia:

- Your purchase may be processed by our third-party global ecommerce partner, who acts as the seller of record for international transactions.

- This means that your contract of sale may be with that partner rather than directly with All Things Golden Pty Ltd.

- By placing an international order, you agree to the terms and conditions of our global ecommerce partner, which are available at checkout.

- Our global ecommerce partner is responsible for processing payments, managing applicable duties and taxes, and facilitating international checkout and compliance.

- Pricing, duties and tax treatment may vary by market and may be adjusted from time to time to reflect local requirements and best practice.


CUSTOMS CHARGES


For international orders, duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Depending on your location, these charges may be included in the product price displayed on our website, and/or be calculated and charged at checkout, and/or be payable upon delivery to local customs authorities.The presentation of duties and taxes is determined based on local market requirements and best practices. All applicable duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities and/or our third-party global ecommerce partner and are outside the control of All Things Golden.If duties and taxes are payable upon delivery and a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or associated fees may be deducted from your refund.

 

FLAGGED FRAUDULENT ORDERS


Due to the increasing amount of fraudulent activity online, our customer care team may reach out to you to confirm details If your order is flagged as fraudulent. We must follow this verification process to protect our customers and our brand. This ensures that all orders are legitimate and securely processed, providing you with the peace of mind that your information and purchases are safe. Rest assured, we will never request details beyond what we already have on file. If your order is flagged as high-risk fraud, it will automatically be cancelled.

PROMOTIONAL SALES


This includes Black Friday, Afterpay, Memorial, Boxing Day and VIP sales. Promotional codes are valid only for the timeframe communicated. These codes exclude New Arrivals, Shoes and Gift Cards. Any additional exclusions will be stated in the sale email communication. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. All purchases are subject to our sale returns policy unless otherwise stated. If exchanging a sale item, the discount cannot be transferred to a new item and will only apply for a size change. By making a purchase during a sale, you agree to our sale return policy and terms.

LUXE RIB™ BUNDLES


This offer is valid for a limited time only and applies exclusively to 3 or more full-priced Luxe Rib™ items. It is not available in conjunction with any other discount. The offer is unavailable during site wide promotions or sale periods. All details, including eligibility and availability, are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

POLICIES & TERMS


To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient.

PRIVACY POLICY


Our Privacy Policy, which details how customer data is collected, used, and protected, is available on our Privacy Policy page. For international orders, your personal data may be shared with our third-party global ecommerce partner for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, All Things Golden is not liable for any acts or omissions of third-party service providers involved in processing international transactions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia. For international orders, additional local consumer laws may apply depending on your country of residence.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM IN A.T.G?

A.T.G generally runs true to size, though sizing may vary depending on the style and fabrication. For specific fit and measurement details for each style, please check the "Details" and "Fit Notes and Size Guide" tabs on every product page. Our size guide will provide an approximate comparison to your own measurements. If you would like more help with sizing or have any other questions about an order you would like to place, please contact our experienced customer service team here.

MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT, CAN I BE NOTIFIED OF A RESTOCK?

When a product is out of stock, simply click the 'join waitlist' button on the product page and enter your email to sign up for back in stock notifications. Once the item is restocked you will be one of the first to be notified via email.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY A.T.G CLOTHES?

Always follow the specific care instructions found on the inside of your garment. Care instructions are also available on each product page under the "Details" tab. Following these instructions is important for maintaining the longevity of your item/s.

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS/SALES?

If you sign up to our member database here, you will receive 10% OFF your first order + exclusive benefits. We don’t often participate in sales as we order to demand and have limited units. We believe that discounts can lead to overconsumption, so we focus on creating timeless, high-quality items that will last for years to come. Each year we participate in Afterpay Day and Black Friday sales, however our stock is limited and tends to sell out quickly, especially during sales. If you've set your sights on something special, we recommend securing it now to avoid missing out.

DO YOUR E-GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

 All gift cards and store credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise required by law. The expiry date will be displayed on the digital gift card and provided in the email.

ARE YOUR E-GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE INTERNATIONALLY?

E-gift cards are currently unavailable to purchase outside of Australia.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via all major credit card providers, PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer buy now, pay later options including Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Klarna; if available in your location, these will appear at checkout. Payments for international orders are securely processed via Global-E, our trusted global ecommerce partner, with all prices, taxes, and duties calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. WHY WON’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

Ensure the code has not expired and that you're entering it correctly, including the proper spacing. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with promotional sales. If you are still having issues, please reach out to our customer service team here.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been processed through our warehouse, we’re unable to make any amendments. Please ensure you review your order carefully at checkout before confirming and processing payment.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Please email us here, including images of the faulty/incorrect item along with your order details and our customer team will work to resolve the issue with you.

WHAT IS GLOBAL-E AND WHY AM I CHARGED BY THEM? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)

For international orders, payment is securely processed by Global-E, our trusted international checkout partner. Your bank statement may show Global-E rather than All Things Golden. For more information, please see our T&C's.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer same day delivery to Melbourne metro via Rendr. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout and if your postcode is eligible for same day delivery, the shipping option will appear. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm AEST each business day (excludes weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be scheduled for delivery the next business day. Find out more about shipping here.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes we ship wordwide, with DHL Express- for affordable, fast and reliable delivery. Your checkout will automatically appear in your local currency. Please see our Shipping page for for more info.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges may be included in the product price, calculated at checkout, or payable upon delivery to local customs authorities, depending on your location. All duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities and/or our global e-commerce partner and are outside of All Things Golden’s control. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or associated fees may be deducted from your refund.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders with all items in stock placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day. If placed after 2pm AEST, your order will be shipped the next business day. During busy periods/promotional events there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Australia Post express orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. Australia Post regular orders should arrive within 2-7 business days. Orders placed outside of Australia usually take 2-7 business days. For a list of delivery timeframes visit our shipping page here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Full priced items may be eligible to return for a credit, exchange (Aus) or refund. Please see the full returns policy here.

WHAT IS YOUR SALES RETURNS POLICY?

Promotional sale items can be returned for a credit note or exchange (Aus). Archive sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Please see the full returns policy here.

CAN I CHANGE MY RETURN?

No, once your return has been lodged and is in transit back to us, you cannot amend your return outcome. Follow steps on "how to return" here.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED/PROCESSED MY RETURN?

Please check your return tracking code and allow 2-5 business days for processing once it has reached our HQ. If your return has been with us longer than this, please get in touch with our customer care team here.
