MERCHANDISE PLANNER (PART TIME/FULL TIME - FLEXIBLE)
DETAILS
We are seeking a strategic and expereinced Merchandise Planner to join our growing team. This newly opened role will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing inventory levels to maximise sales and profitability across all channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail and e-commerce industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales, Inventory & Assortment Planning: Develop and execute merchandise plans to achieve sales, margin, and inventory turn goals. Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the right product mix is available across all channels, including eCommerce and physical stores.

Forecasting: Analyse historical data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts and order quantities for new styles & core product lines to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimise stock turns, reduce excess inventory, and minimise stockouts.

Promotion Planning: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive sales and meet financial objectives.

Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve future planning and buying decisions. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, including sales, margin, inventory levels, and stock turns.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals, identify inefficiencies and develop processes, streamline systems to enhance workflow. Working towards the overarching goal of an interdependent business culture.

EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PART TIME/FULL TIME - FLEXIBLE)

We are seeking a highly organised, detail oriented individual to help ensure the seamless operation of our head office by providing invaluable support to our Founder/Director. This multifaceted role combines diary and inbox management, team management assistance, administrative tasks, event planning support, travel arrangements, and montly expense reconciling. With a focus on continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving, the Executive Assistant contributes to the overall success of All Things Golden by maintaining strong relationships, embracing technology, and fostering collaboration across the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar & Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and manage the Founder's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Prepare meeting agendas & materials, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared. Generating meeting minutes and following up on action items.

Communication & Email Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring smooth communication flow. Screening and responding to emails on behalf of the Founder and managing the inbox, maintaining a systematic filing system for emails for task prioritisation and efficiency.

Information Management: Establish and maintain structured information/filing systems for confidential files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval of information for those needed. Staying abreast of new technologies to enhance efficiency.

Project Support: Assist the Founder in researching, planning, executing, and monitoring key projects and initiatives - tracking deadlines and deliverables to support strategic decision-making.

Team Management Assistance: Support general staff management & culture, from hiring to performance reviews and team bonding/retention initiatives. Coordinate logistics for company meetings, events, and special occasions - managing invitations, RSVPs, and relationships.

Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and tools that could improve efficiency in administrative tasks. Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and propose solutions.

Administrative Support: Provide additional ad-hoc personal or business administrative support and office management, as well as assistance to other members of the leadership team and departments as needed.
